Meet Your Workshop Facilitator:
Mick DaltonMick Dalton is a Senior Director of Asset Management with Emaar PJSC based in Dubai, responsible for Facilities Management, Commercial Leasing and Property Handover for all Emaar Dubai assets. Prior to Emaar, Mick held roles as Group Operations Director with Global Switch, Director of Operations with White & Case and Director of FM with Ernst & Young. He started his FM career over 25 years ago with Eastern Group. Mick has an MSc in FM and is the immediate Past Chairman of the British Institute of Facilities Management. Mick is a regular author, speaker and trainer in FM and has written chapters and articles on FM. Mick has a passion for customer service, technology, energy management and engaging FM in design, and is a regular speaker globally on these subjects.
