Practical advice for investors and developers in vacation ownership.

New legislation in Dubai on timeshare, fractional ownership, vacation ownership and condominiums is opening the door to massive new investment potential. The laws themselves have been a long time coming after years of negotiations, and can still be confusing to many would-be investors.

Nick Turner, one of the most respect figures in the sector, is hosting the workshop which aims to clarify those issues, and help to explain why some global models have succeeded where others have failed. This new avenue of tourism investment will undoubtedly have a major impact on the industry and could ensure long-term return trade.

Among the topics to be included in the workshop:

  • Discovering the implications of the new legislation
  • Spreading the risk
  • How to realise accelerated cash flow on a long term investment
  • Understanding the demand
  • How the Middle East can attract a luxury market on what has typically been a budget investment
  • Establishing new leads and opportunities through end-users.

This is an invaluable practical session to a huge range of tourism investors including established and potential timeshare operators, hotel developers, marketing and sales executives, heads of business development and hospitality lawyers.
