Property bucking the trend in Dubai

Dubai, UAE. June 20,2011: Dubai's property market is bucking the negative global trend. The world recovery in property "faltered" in the first quarter, posting a 1.8 per cent increase from a year earlier, the smallest growth since the last quarter of 2009, according to the latest Knight Frank Global House Price Index. Twenty-five of the 50 countries in the index were either flat or reported negative growth for the quarter, compared to 18 countries in the same period a year ago. Read More
