Joe leads Knight Frank’s Middle East capital markets team and is responsible for cross border investment out of and into the MENA region, as well as the regional investment advisory practice.
He advises clients on real estate investment, development and funding opportunities across all real estate sectors.
After initially specializing in the Central London real estate investment market, Joe subsequently moved to the Middle East, later joining Knight Frank to build their global capital markets team. As well as providing access to investment opportunities internationally, the team advises on Middle East real estate investment transactions through Knight Frank’s network of offices in the Gulf. Joe has also worked in origination and asset management roles at real estate investment funds both in Europe and the Middle East.
He holds a First Class degree in International Business from the University of Wales and a Master’s degree in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Investment Property Forum. He currently sits on Knight Frank’s Global Capital Markets Board.
