Cityscape Awards are now taking place in form of Power Lists (powered by Cityscape Intelligence - THE real estate insights and news platform)

The Power Lists recognise the most influential professionals in the real estate industry in a prestigious ranking.

The 2020 Cityscape Power List highlighted the most influential Real Estate industry figures who have either shaped the Middle East market or shown exceptional resolve to rise above the formidable challenges of a disruptive year, in every sense.

Chris Speller, Group Director of Cityscape, Informa Markets, said: “The response has been overwhelming and is a real testament to our industry’s positive attitude throughout a year of uncertainty.”

Turning the spotlight on real estate professionals who are making an impact on the MENA region each quarter, Cityscape will reveal the winners of the 2021 Power List and at Cityscape Global taking place from 9-11 November 2021 at Dubai Exhibition Centre (Expo 2020 site), highlighting the top 20 most influential individuals and 10 most influential brokers and real estate consultants. These new regional real estate lists are based on peer nominations and aim to recognise key figures who are making significant strides towards the MENA region’s real estate industry.

2021 Cityscape Power List - NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN

Cityscape Intelligence announced that NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN for the 2021 Power List as well as the Most Influential Brokers and Real estate Consultants List.

Cityscape Intelligence aims to recognise the talent and effort of the leading individuals who are working towards developing the real estate sector. Both reveals will take place at Cityscape Global 2021, Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo 2020 (9-11 Nov 2021)
