License Requirements for Showing Off-plan Foreign Property in the Exhibitions of the Kingdom:
- Submit online license application via wafi.housing.sa
- Copy of exhibition rental contract
- Copy of the project title deed attested by the relevant authorities in the project country.
- Copy of the project license (attested by the competent authorities in the project country).
- Providing proof of Saudis eligibility to own property in the project country.
- All documents to be submitted in Arabic language. 7
- Paying the license fees of showing projects within GCC countries (SAR 20,000), and projects outside GCC countries (SAR 30,000)
License Requirements for Showing Off-plan Local Properties in the Exhibitions of the Kingdom:
1. Submit online license application via wafi.housing.sa
2. Copy of commercial registration.
3. Copy of the Chamber of Commerce membership certificate.
4. Copy of exhibition rental or booking contract.
5. Copy of the marketing contract between the developer and the real estate marketer.
6. Acknowledgment by the marketer not to receive any amounts or sign contract of whatever type inside KSA (attested by the Chamber of Commerce).
7. Paying the license fees of showing internal projects (SAR 15,000) for each five days.
